This is the Blues Brothers performing at Superbowl XXXI in New Orleans. Elwood (Dan Aykroyd) Brother Zee (James Belushi) and Mighty Mack (John Goodman) front the Blues Brothers Band to perform “Everybody Needs Somebody to Love” and “Soul Man” and James Brown comes up next. Part 1 of the show.
Hey, I was a dancer in the show. I would love to see more of James Brown and ZZ Top. How can I find Part 2 ?
Should have just let Goodman take lead. He actually has a surprisingly good voice.
I´m writing a book about Blues,Rock´nroll, ecc, I like the first one movie, with james Brown, Belushi and his partner. Congratulations. from Colombia.S.A.. Peter Crow B.
I always knew they were lip synching but when james brown comes out is the blues bros band playing the backup music? Jim Belushi sucked. They had real singers on the stage (Tommy pipes for instance) why did they choose him to sing that terrible lead. Yet it was pre recorded and he still sucked. James Brown kicked ass though, gotta love him
I’ve got some good news and bad news the bad news is there is a jail break at Joliet, Illinois the Blues Brothers has escaped the Joliet Prison but don’t lock up the doors just yet they are heading to the louisiana superdome.
dan’s pants are pretty high up…. yes they show hs socks but if you move around you can stilll see them….. hmmm …. freaked me out a bit…
@Captmiloman you have to admit though belushi was a damn better actor than his brother
Didnt care for Jim Belushi. Ackroyd and Goodman did alright in later performances. Shouldve had Bruce Willis revive his Bruno persona.
embarrassing.
these guys suck it is not the orig
wow what a great performance, the blues brothers are back!
jim belushi rocks!!!!!!!!!
