Truly a remarkable game. This was a Rocky Balboa type of ending for Mike Holmgren. Ending with a jubilant emotion. Mike Holmgren will always have a special place in our hearts. Thanks Mike for all the great years!

The last play Holmgren called at Qwest Field was a kneel down to seal a victory. Gotta love that.

in a perfect world Holmgren would be our GM and Jim Zorn be our head coach

Or where he belongs, in a position in Green Bay.

He retired to spend a year with his family. My guess is that he will come back as GM in 2 years, possibly in SF where he began his coaching career.

    Holmgren just walked away.
